Ingredients
100g Cream Cheese Kefir Quescrem
150g chicken breast
100g of onion
50g red bell pepper
50g green bell pepper
50g yellow bell pepper
100g of wild asparagus
100 of mushrooms
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation

In the same pan, sauté the vegetables over high heat with a dash of oil and a pinch of salt. When they are almost done add a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Add the chicken and sesame seeds and sauté for 1 minute.

Melt the Kefir Quescrem cream cheese and add it to the sauté.

Serve hot.
