Ingredients
240g of Kefir Quescrem
200g Corn Starch
100g of Rice Flour
100g of butter
10g of chemical yeast
100g of sugar
10 g Poppy Seeds
10g of Amaranth Seeds
1ud Lemon zest
Preparation

In a mixer, add all ingredients and knead until well combined.

Form into balls and flatten into cookies about 6 cm wide and 3 mm thick. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray.

Bake at 150º for 20 minutes
