8 sponge cakes for tiramisu
200 g of Quescrem Natural
180 g cream 35% M.G.
180 g white chocolate
Preparation

White chocolate cream
Heat the cream and mix with the chocolate until melted, add Quescrem Natural , mix until a smooth cream is obtained and let it cool in the refrigerator. Once cold, whip with a whisk and place in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.

Presentation
Place the sponge cake on the base of the glasses, add red fruit coulis, add the chocolate cream with Quescrem Natural and finish with red fruits on top.
